The apartment management have really tried to improve the community from past management. They are prompt in addressing any issue inside or outside the apartment. The police presence has degreased a lot. The Debbie downer this is the 3rd season the pool has not been working . Over all improvements are happening … the caliber of people that live here need to care more, take pride in their surroundings, management can’t do it all .

I highly recommend these apartments, not only is it a short walk to stores/restaurants/bus lines around the area which is convenient, they have onsite laundry room with dog wash area inside which is cool, brand new huge dog park, the outpost at Yukon apartments are a lot more affordable and nicer then what you would get when you pay somewhere else, friendly neighbors all around, kudos to the new property manager, she has been a huge help to the community and very friendly since day one, she will do everything she can to help you, and will actually get things accomplished around here, kudos to the maintenance guy for being a one man army and getting everything fixed as fast as he can. As long as this management team is around I plan on renewing my lease.

Nice folks in the office. The community is great. If there are any issues they are always taken care of promptly and the maintenance man is one of the most pleasant I've ever seen. Definitely looking forward to renewing our lease and sticking around for a good long while.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in 3 months ago and it was a little rocky at first but both Jaime and Caleb have been extremely responsive and I am already seeing changes. They heard our complaints about people speeding and they brought in a speed trap. We have brought up several complaints for noisy neighbors and this last weekend was so nice and quite! I see them out on property talking to people all the time and building a nice neighborhood now. I know things won’t always be perfect but this is a great start!

Moving around the holidays is hectic and unfortunately it was unavoidable for me. Alexis and her team made it simple for me and my dog to move in so I can start my new job. Units are clean and efficient like I need and parking near my unit is easy. I'm very happy and relived to have found this place FYI I read the past reviews but it seems like a new management company recently took over and are working hard to turn it around

I love where the new management and ownership is taking this community. After taking a brief visit you can see the difference being made. The grounds are cleaner, the staff are present M-F in the leasing office, work orders are getting cleaned up, etc. etc. It seems like the new manager Lex is really going to be a great addition to this community!

Dave and jose work really hard the grounds are kept clean the park is nice. Easy access to walgreens. Claudia the grounds keeper does a really good job at keeping them clean and they really do like to help people with getting a place. Friendly and kind people. You always have a sour apple out of the neighbor but who dont. You just make the best of it.
